We are a family owned restaurant that offers authentic Poblana Cuisine. Our dishes are known for our richly flavored sauces that we call moles; Mole Poblano, Pipian Verde, Pipian Rojo, Adobo, and Chiles en Nogada. Puebla, situated south east of Mexico City, is best known for its authentic and flavorful cuisine.

Angela Atenco Lopez was born in the State of Puebla. Under the teaching of her mother, Angela started her culinary experience at the age of eight. After years of guidance from her mother, Angela fell in love with the culinary art of the Puebla region. Opening her own restaurant at the age of twenty, Angela realized that her dream was to create an authentic experience of home-made dishes following in the foot steps of her mother. After almost 50 years of professional cooking, Angela moved to Boston and joined her two sons as she pushed her career on to a new level.

We want to invite you to experience the wonder of the authentic Puebla cusine. Our passion for the home-made is reflected in our intimate space and friendly atmosphere.
